[origin: WO2005124717A1] The invention relates to a control and actuation device (1) for a fitting (4), e.g. a servofitting, a stop slide valve, a stop valve, arranged on a conduit (2), laid underground, especially a conduit of pipes for a hydraulic medium. Said system comprises a power source, e.g. a generator (22), a mains supply, an adjusting drive (12), controlled by a power medium, of a drive device (11) for a stop element (10) of the fitting (4), and an actuation and/or control device (20) for actuating the drive device (11) and for monitoring the state of the fitting (4). The invention also relates to a method for controlling and actuating said device. A transmission device (21) for the power medium is configured by the power source and by a power discharging means (24) linked with the power source via a conduit and a power receiving means (25) arranged at a distance (26) thereto and linked with a control device (16) of the drive device (11) via a conduit.
