[origin: EP1759619A2] The assembly is arranged in swiveling manner with respect to a vertical axis, and includes a water supply section (3) and a water discharge section (4). The assembly is arranged to be accessible in a predetermined area, and comprises of divided sectors (7,8,9) which are arranged to swivel with respect to a center column (12). Glass doors (11) are provided to cover the assembly. A control console (18) and a motor drive (20) are used for rotating the assembly with respect to the vertical axis.
