[origin: EP1468919A1] The method for the manufacture of cigarette packs (10) entails installing in the pack an additional blank (25) in the form of a coupon or suchlike which is enclosed by at least one packing blank (11). The additional blank is fixed on the pack or on a part of it or on the contents of the pack by electrostatic charging of the material at least temporarily. The electrostatic charging may take place before and/or during and/or after the attachment of the additional blank. An independent claim is included for a device for the manufacture of especially cigarette packs by the aforesaid method.
