Abstract (en)
The tool comprises a tube (18) which is open at its opposite ends, is sized for receiving the post (10) inserted therein with a substantially close fit, and is adapted to be vertically planted in the ground with one of its ends open to the atmosphere to define a mouth (24) for receiving the post (10) and supporting it vertically.
