Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1760315A2] The pump includes an outer spline pinion (30), an internal spline gear (32) running along outer spline pinion, and a spacer (38) arranged on the internal gear. Laterally meshed sealing segments (40) are arranged for slightly pressing the internal gear opposite a segment support (42). A control groove is formed on the second side of one sealing segment having first and second tooth spacings (Z1,Z2) linked to a pressure chamber. An auxiliary groove is formed between pressure chamber and internal gear, and between first and second tooth spacings to increase pressure in first tooth spacing.
