[origin: EP1760322A2] The pump has a motor housing (1), where a synchronous motor arranged in the housing. The synchronous motor has a permanent-magnet rotor (2) and a stator, where the housing includes an inner wall separating the rotor from the stator. A mounting flange (7) is detachably mounted on the housing and rotatably secures the rotor. A housing part (11) forms a flow channel (16), and is detachably mounted on the flange by a fastening device (9) e.g. bayonet closure. The inner wall of the housing is a can, and the mounting flange seals the can relative to a remaining portion of the housing.
