Abstract (en)
The device has a wheel (25) coaxial to a wheel (23) such that the wheels are turned in a direction contrary to hands. A wheel (26) is disposed between the wheels (23, 25) and pivoted around a common rotation axis. The wheel (26) has equidistant openings disposed on a concentric circle and dimensioned to receive balls (27), where the diameter of the balls is greater than the thickness of the wheel (26). An elastic arm (28) exerts two antagonist forces on the wheels (23, 25) for pressing against the balls to transmit algebraic sum of displacements of the wheels (23, 25) to the wheel (26).
