Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006000172A1] The invention relates to a method for packaging products (5). Said method consists of the following steps: introducing a first packaging material (1) into a packaging line (L); re-configuring the first packaging material (1) in order to obtain self-supporting first packagings (4); packaging the products (5) into said first packagings (4); introducing a second packaging material (60) into the packaging line (L) and packaging the first packaging (4), which is filled with the products (5), into the second packaging material (60). The first packaging material (1) is introduced in the form of a band material, the band material being transformed in the packaging line (L) into individual packaging sections (13, 7, 8) and the packaging sections (13, 7, 8) are transformed into first packagings (4). Said method enables packaging to be done in the shortest possible time with high flexibility.
