The method involves communicating data identifying a mobile terminal (1) and/or data identifying a user of the terminal in a cellular mobile radio network (8) by an actuating unit (12) via a communication connection (19) in a short distance radio range between the actuating unit and the terminal. The terminal is operable in the radio network, where the communication connection is independent from the radio network. An authorization for controlling the actuating unit is determined based on the data identifying the terminal and/or the data identifying the user of the terminal. An independent claim is also included for a mobile terminal for use in a cellular mobile radio network and for executing a method of controlling actuating units via a wireless communication.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Steuerung von Aktorikelementen (12) über eine drahtlose Kommunikation (19) im Kurzstreckenfunkbereich mittels mobiler Endgeräte (1), wobei über eine Kommunikationsverbindung (19) im Kurzstreckenfunkbereich zwischen wenigstens einem Aktorikelement (12) und einem in zellularen Mobilfunknetzen (8) betreibbaren mobilen Endgerät (1) dem wenigstens einen Aktorikelement (12) das mobile Endgerät (1) identifizierende Daten (IMEI) und/oder den Nutzer des mobilen Endgerätes (1) im Mobilfunknetz (8) identifizierende Daten (IMSI) mitgeteilt werden und anhand der das mobile Endgerät (1) identifizierenden Daten (IMEI) und/oder den Nutzer des mobilen Endgerätes (1) im Mobilfunknetz (8) identifizierenden Daten (IMSI) eine Berechtigung zur Steuerung des wenigstens einen Aktorikelementes (12) bestimmt wird. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein mobiles Endgerät (1) zur Nutzung in einem zellularen Mobilfunknetz (8), welches zur Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ausgebildet ist.
