[origin: WO2005114469A1] The invention relates to a method for searching objects from multiple sources consisting in formulating a request by means of a requester, in submitting said request by searching in order to identify objects fitting the criteria of said request, wherein said search is carried out at least in a user's file (U) which is managed by the user and contains a plurality of user objects (OU) and in a provider file (P) which is managed by the provider of objects and contains a plurality of provider objects (PO). The inventive method also consists in carrying out a comparison, by means of an analysing module on the base of predefined comparison criteria (CP), between possible objects identified in the provider file and possible objects identified in the user file in such a way that a synthesised result comprising simultaneously said (OU) and (OP) objects is generated.
