[origin: EP1764050A2] The invention is the bone intramedullary fixation pins used in bone fixations and extensions including at least one extension shaft (2) and at least two fixation pins (6) that attach said extension shaft (2) from one end to the bone, which comprises a hollow end (2.2), which is able to stretch at the end portion of the said extension shaft (2), in order to allow said extension shaft (2) to move automatically within defined limits in a downward direction with respect to the extension in the bone and a plurality of pins (2.1), which, in order to move, are engaged to the reciprocal holes prepared and placed on said hollow end (2.2) in the form of projections in reciprocal positions at certain intervals, for the purpose of enabling said extension shaft (2) to gradually move in a downward direction within certain limits.
