Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1764407A1] A lubricant composition, which comprises a fluoro-oil, a powdery fluororesin thickener, and Ca salt or Na salt of aromatic sulfonic acid or saturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acid as a rust-inhibitive additive, where the thickener is in a proportion of 10-40% by weight, and the additive is in a proportion of 0.3-10% by weight, on the basis of total weight of the composition, the balance being the fluoro-oil. The lubricant composition containing the powdery fluororesin in an appropriate admixing proportion as a thickener in the fluoro oil has a distinguished rust inhibition, particularly even after having being subjected to heat hysteresis, where a perfluoropolyether oil is usually used as a fluoro-oil.
