Abstract (en)
The unit has an elastic mat (2), which is formed by rubber granules (4) that are embedded in synthetic resin (5) and is water proof. A cover layer (3) made up of stones (6) and/or mineral grain mixture is provided, where the stones and/or the mixture are immerged into the mat and fixed by the resin in the mat. The stones comprise of chips and/or gravel, and the mixture comprises of glass, concrete, clay and/or bricks.

Ein Belagselement (1) besteht aus einer elastischen Matte (2), die von Kunstharz (5) und eingebettetem Gummigranulat (4) gebildet ist. Zur Erzielung einer größeren Abriebfestigkeit des Belagselements (1) ist die elastische Matte (2) oberseitig mit einer Deckschicht (3) aus Steinen (6) bzw mineralischen Korngemischen versehen, die teilweise in die elastische Matte (2) eintauchen. Die Deckschicht (3) ist durch Kunstharz (5) in der Matte (2) verankert.
