Abstract (en)
In a domestic oven including a cavity with a back wall and side walls, these latter comprise elements of refractory insulating material obtained by means of an extrusion process and assembled together. The refractory elements present a double wall flat structure and comprise longitudinal grooves adapted to cooperate with corresponding tenons for assembling purposes. The refractory material may be based on clay or ceramic.
