[origin: EP1765040A2] Electroluminescent film has a base film (1), which radiates during triggering the light. Electroluminescent film also has beam path of the base film lies a color filter layer (3), which absorbs a part of radiated light from the base film and a part lets it pass through during the change of a color tone of light.
