Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2005110393A1] This invention concerns the use of a pharmaceutical composition containing essential fatty acid ethyl esters originating from fish oils, in particular as a high concentration mixture of ethyl esters of (2O:5omega 3) eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and (22:6omega (3) docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the prevention and/or treatment of depression in patients with cardiovascular disease, such as coronary heart and/or coronary artery or vascular disease.
