[origin: WO2006010870A1] The invention concerns a motor vehicle opening frame (3) closing an opening (4), and provided with an opening mechanism enabling it to be easily mobile between a closed position, completely closing the opening, and an open position, clearing at least partly the opening. The opening mechanism comprises: a connecting rod (10), whereof at least one end is articulated to the vehicle, and the other end is articulated to the opening frame, on the same side of the vehicle, the connecting rod being mounted mobile for moving the opening frame with a longitudinal and vertical displacement; means for guiding the opening frame in longitudinal and vertical displacement. The invention also concerns a vehicle equipped with such an opening frame opening towards the front of the vehicle.
