[origin: WO2006008630A1] The invention relates to a control method comprising the following steps: the user acts manually on a mechanical connection means for displacing auxiliary bolts towards a door-locking position; said action is detected by a sensor; and an electric motor is provided with a power supply for displacing blocking means into a position wherein they maintain the auxiliary bolts in the door-locking position thereof and for displacing the main bolt into a door-locking position. The invention also relates to a lock for carrying out said method.
