Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1767250A1] the training apparatus for exercising arm movements comprises two arm bands (5) connected through a strap (9) and provided with a closure. A rigid plate is centrally placed in each of the arm bands and supports in the middle a coupling element for the connecting strap. The connecting strap is made from a stretch material such as rubber or plastics. The coupling element is a ring fixed by a leather or textile strap which loops round the arm band and plate. Independent claim describes method for using the training apparatus where the arm bands are placed over the wrists and the stretch strap runs over the back. The plates fit against the arms so that with fast forward movement of the hand against increasing force the hand is turned.
