The vehicle (10) has a conduit, which extends from one end (120) of the vehicle to another end (130). The conduit is accommodated in a duct (110), which is arranged below a vehicle body (20) of the rail vehicle. The duct includes a duct cross section, which is adapted to a process of a bottom side (80) of the vehicle body. The duct includes a middle area and two edge areas, where the middle area lies lower than the two edge areas. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for providing the double-deck rail vehicle with a conduit (2) a duct for the double-deck rail vehicle.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Doppelstock-Schienenfahrzeug (10) mit zumindest einer Leitung, die sich zumindest annähernd von einem Ende (120) des Doppelstock-Schienenfahrzeugs zum anderen Ende (130) des Schienenfahrzeuges erstreckt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Doppelstock-Schienenfahrzeug anzugeben, das sich ohne großen Aufwand und somit kostengünstig montieren bzw. herstellen und später auch warten lässt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Leitung in einem Leitungskanal (110) untergebracht ist, der unterhalb des Wagenkastens (20) des Doppelstock-Schienenfahrzeugs angeordnet ist, wobei der Leitungskanal eine dem Verlauf der Wagenkastenunterseite (80) angepasste Kanalform aufweist.
