Abstract (en)
The lifter, designed to fit inside a container of solid food products immersed in a liquid so they can be extracted as needed, consists of a perforated plastic plate (8) with a base (9), reinforcing ribs (10) and inclined peripheral lobes (12), moulded in one piece with a hinged lifting arm handle (14) and support (19). When the plate is inserted into the container the lifting arm and support are raised and fastened together, aligning the arm with the centre of the container so that it raises the plate without tipping when extracting some of the product.
