Abstract (en)
The heat exchanger (20), made with a distribution head (50) that covers the ends of flat tubes (44) to form a distribution chamber (48, 54) for a coolant such as high-pressure carbon dioxide, has an outer wall (56) in the shape of a tube with a side opening. The edges (64) of the opening are extended parallel to one another and are fixed to the edges of the heat exchanger tubes by their inner surfaces. The ends of the distributor head are in the form of parallel walls, made separately and joined during assembly, e.g. by crimping.

Un échangeur de chaleur interne pour un circuit d'agent réfrigérant d'un dispositif de climatisation comprend plusieurs tubes d'échangeur de chaleur disposés parallèlement, traversés par l'agent réfrigérant et chacun une tête de distribution (50) entourant les extrémités des tubes d'échangeur de chaleur en formant au moins une chambre de distribution (48, 54) pour l'agent réfrigérant. La tête de distribution (50) présente une paroi périphérique (56) ayant la forme d'un tube profilé ouvert.
