Abstract (en)
The timepiece has an hour indication mechanism comprising striking parts producing striking corresponding to a time of home time (HT) or Greenwich mean time (GMT) time zone based on a choice. The parts are supplied with energy by a striking barrel via control units comprising a winding lever (204). The control units trigger striking corresponding to time of one of the time zones. The barrel is charged independent or non-independent of the functioning of the parts. A control rod permits to charge the barrel for providing a drive force for the parts.
