Abstract (en)

A mounting base (40) has two interlocking tubes, i.e. an inner (50) and outer (70) tube, or an outer tube and a rod engaging in the outer tube. Holding devices (30) have a hose clamp (150) and a counter-hose clamp (160) that interlink with a screwed connection. The clamps squeeze a section (220) of the mounting base between their inner clamp sides.
