Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006013040A2] The invention relates to a stabiliser system for chlorinated polymers, especially PVC, said system containing at least one linear or cyclic azylureide (A-1) and/or a polyaminocrotonester (A-2) and a polyepoxypropylalcoholether (B-1) and/or a cyanamide (derivative) (B-2). Said stabiliser system can also contain a sterically hindered amine (D) or a tertiary ethanol amine (E), and/or a perchlorate (C-1), a perfluoroalkanesulfonate (C-2) and/or a sulfate ester (C-3) salt. A typical example is a combination of N,N'-dimethyl-6-iminobarbituric acid as constituent (A-1), trisepoxypropylglycerine as constituent (B-1) or dicyandiamide as constituent (B-2). Said combination also contains sodium or potassium perchlorate as constituent (C-1). The invention also relates to the production of the inventive stabiliser system, polymer compositions containing said stabiliser system, and articles of daily use produced from said compositions, such as window profiled elements or wire sheathing.
