[origin: EP1219226A1] The mop pail (5) is fitted with a pump (8) and spray (12) for wetting the mop and rollers (9, 10) for wringing it out. These are driven by an electric motor which also moves a carrier plate(14) so that the mop (3) is moved over the spray and into the nip of the rollers.
