Abstract (en)
Head support unit has head rest (19), holder (11) fastenable to seat (12) and device to adjust head support horizontally. Adjustment device (18) is a lever mechanism coupled to holder in fixed or pivot manner, which is connected to a drive organ fastened to the seat. Holder is height-adjustable. Connecting arm (21) is a Bowden cable. Lever mechanism has a single lever or a lever parallelogram connected at the top to the head support.
