[origin: EP1772896A2] The lamp has an illuminant (2) that is surrounded by a lamp container. A current entry section (41) is provided for supplying power to the illuminant. A lamp base (5) is fixed in the lamp container and another current entry section (61) is provided for supplying power to the illuminant. An electrically conductive sealing compound (7) or adhesive provides electrical conductive connection between the two current entry sections.
