[origin: WO2006016050A1] The invention concerns loading a container on a platform by a system such that the box is sloping upwards and is gradually drawn onto the platform. The platform is equipped at the rear with an auxiliary support (C) capable of pivoting about a vertical axis (6) and of being displaced transversely relative to the platform such that the container can be drawn onto said support (C) even when the container is askew relative to the platform and such that the support can be pivoted and/or translated to bring the container into the axis of the platform. The invention is particularly applicable to a transport platform equipped with a lifting arm or a traction cable.
