Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006015740A1] The invention relates to a method for the production of emulsions of highly-viscous organopolysiloxanes, characterised in that the siloxanes are selected from the group of siloxanes (1) made up of units of general formula (I), where A = a monovalent Si-C bonded group with a basic nitrogen, R = a monovalent, optionally-substituted 1-18 C hydrocarbon, R1 = H, or 1-8 C alkyl, a = 0 or 1, c = 0, 1, 2 or 3 and d = 0 or 1 with the proviso that the sum a+c+d < 3 and, on average, at least one group A is present and at least one group R1, within the definition of R1, = H, per molecule, siloxanes (2), made up of units of general formula (II), where R, R1, c and d are as defined above, with the proviso that the sum c+d < 3 and at least one group R1, within the definition of R1, = H, per molecule and mixtures of siloxanes (1) and (2) are reacted with silanes (3), of general formula (III), where B = a monovalent group of formula -CR2 2-
