[origin: WO2006008241A1] The invention relates to a method for connecting a telecommunications terminal to at least one of two accessible telecommunications networks one of which is a first main network and at least one second network is a secondary network, wherein the main network uses at least one main communications channel and a signalling channel. According to said invention, the signalling channel transmits service accessibility information through said secondary network and said terminal reads the accessibility information in a standby mode and is directly connectable to one of secondary networks without connecting to the main network when said accessibility information displays that it is possible to connect to said secondary network.
