[origin: EP1775035A1] The outgoing air chamber (20) has a cleaning fluid line (24) and at least one spray nozzle (25) inside it to spray at least one region of the chamber with cleaning fluid. This nozzle is connected via the cleaning fluid line to a dosing unit (32) for dosing the fluid, which has an inlet aperture (34) for a microbiologically active cleaning fluid.
