Abstract (en)
The lock consists of two main components - a mushroom-shaped component (8) projecting from one part (1) of a sliding door or window frame, engaging with a toggle (5) in another part (2) of the frame. The toggle, which rocks about a pivot (3, 4), has a hook (6) on one end to engage with the tip of the mushroom-shaped component, and a heel (7) on the other that is fixed in the locked position by a catch (10) operated by a rotary or sliding lock.

Un dispositif de verrouillage pour fenêtre, porte ou porte-fenêtre coulissante comporte une conformation 8 en champignon et un organe 5 apte à coopérer avec la dite conformation en champignon, pour l'emprisonner lors de la fermeture et la libérer lors de l'ouverture de la fenêtre, porte ou porte-fenêtre coulissante. Le dit organe 5 est conformé en bascule comportant une première extrémité 6 en forme de crochet et une deuxième extrémité 7 en forme de talon destinée à être bloquée par une pièce 10 de verrouillage.
