Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1775427A1] The casing has a stationary ring (30) secured to an annular support (20) to surround moving blades (32) of a turbine (120). The support has a circumferential wall (22) coaxially surrounding the ring. Perforations (12) are defined by same-size holes that are formed in an inwardly-directed radial wall (14) to ventilate the outside face of the circumferential wall. The radial wall is provided in flush with a radial rib (28) of the support, to define a ventilation chamber (29) between a casing inner face (10i) and an outside face (22e) of the circumferential wall.
