Abstract (en)
The method involves creating a configuration operation with configuration steps, for the units such as hardware unit, detection unit, monitoring unit and characteristic unit of a hazard reporting system. The validity of input of information is verified in the configuration step for the unit to be configured. The input of information occurs in the next configuration step, if the verification result of the validity of the input is positive. An independent claim is also included for a device for configuring a hazard reporting system.
