Abstract (en)
The knife (10) has a blade holder (12) movable between non-usage and cutting positions, where a blade (13) is arranged in a retaining channel in the non-usage position, and is projected from an opening of a housing (11) in the cutting position. Slot-shaped recesses (15) arranged opposite to the side surfaces of the housing accommodate operating projections (20), and an additional recess arranged at a back of the knife accommodates an additional operating projection. The recesses form finger and hand contact surfaces for a user, where the surfaces surround outer surface area of the housing.
