[origin: EP1777070A2] The device has a nozzle (1) delivering a powder mist and including an inlet opening (9) for a mixture of powder and a drifty carrier air, and a powder- mist-outlet opening. The nozzle also comprises a mass force separator (39) for separating a section of the carrier air from the powder-carrier air-flow (13). The separator is provided between the inlet opening and the powder mist-outlet opening. The separator has a carrier air-outlet channel (35) for the separated section of the carrier air.
