Abstract (en)

The method involves cementing in adjoining finished wall elements with concrete base plates to enclose an inner space. The wall assembly made up of the finished wall elements (WP) is mounted vertically spaced above the ground surface so that a first sealing face (DF1)of sealing material connected to the wall assembly lies with its lower edge spaced above the ground surface but below the level of the surface of the base plate. Fresh concrete for the base plate is added up to the height of this surface level to contact the first sealing surface and then harden. Independent claim describes wall element with a solid concrete wall plate, an exposed sealing surface which is connected to the wall plate but is not covered by the concrete thereof. A sealing surface is provided with sealing material which forms a seepage-tight boundary face with the setting fresh concrete.
