Abstract (en)
The carbine has a slide assembly (9) integrated to a bolt assembly (10) permitting to control resetting and locking of the carbine. An automatic resetting device (12) has a piston (13) contacting a slide head (17) which is placed in front of the carbine. The head is slidingly mounted on a guide rod (19) and is made of technical thermoplastic material e.g. polymer or glass fiber charged polymer, having low density. The rod traverses a floating mass (25) slidingly mounted in an axial direction of the rod, and a recoil spring (29) constituted of a flat wire is mounted around the rod.
