[origin: WO2006010759A1] The invention concerns a method for mounting and installing a gate, characterized by the following steps: producing in factory a complete gate, ready to be installed and ready for use, comprising a self-supporting lower beam (1) whereon are fixed two posts (2, 3), a motoring housing (12), at least one leaf (4) mobile between a position wherein the leaf (4) closes the space included between the two posts (2, 3) and a position wherein the leaf (4) clears said space, on the site where the gate is to be installed, digging a trench (5) for receiving the lower beam (1) of the gate, transporting the complete factory-built gate to the site of installation, setting the lower beam (1) supporting the rest of the gate in the trench (5), and sealing, with concrete, said beam (1) in said trench.
