Abstract (en)
The lock has a tubular stator (1) receiving a rotor (2) that is equipped with a head (17) presenting a key housing (3). A grooved case houses grooves that are mobile around a shaft and cooperate with end shapes provided at an axial end of a key. A pin (4) is guided in translation in the rotor along a transversal axis relative to a plane of the housing and includes an end (8) projecting inside the housing and an end (9) penetrating inside a strike plate of the stator. A spring (11) housed in the rotor exerts a centripetal return force on the pin. An independent claim is also included for a key for a Bramah lock or tumbler lock.
