[origin: EP1783312A1] The closure has a closing unit (30) comprising an isolating material and partially closing a space (14). The space is open towards an interior (15) of a frame (1) and defined by two lateral branches and a U-shaped base (13) of a profile (10). The unit (30) is constituted of a bristle pile and integration units for integrating the pile with a part of a wall (16) of the profile. The integration units are arranged such that the pile is perpendicular to a plane (P3) of the base.
