[origin: EP1783692A2] The method involves transmitting vehicle specific toll-data from an on-board-unit (OBU) (O1) to a mobile enforcement-terminal (ET) and a stationary enforcement-terminal (ST) on the basis of an inquiry. The inquiry and the toll-data are exchanged by a terminal device of a wireless communication network (MFN), which is assigned to the control station. The terminal device and the on-board-unit directly execute satellite communication. An independent claim is also included for a mobile enforcement-terminal and a stationary enforcement-terminal of an electronic toll system.
