[origin: EP1785047A1] The shoe has a shell and a sole comprising a layer (11) made of rigid material and a layer (19) made of deformable material at the level of the heel. A zone (13`) made of deformable material is positioned between the rigid material layer and the shell and is located in a region intended to receive the head of metatarsus of leg. The sole includes lateral wings (14) formed in the continuity of the rigid material layer. The wings are separated into two parts by deformable material bands (20). An independent claim is also included for a sole for a ski boot.
