[origin: EP1785169A1] The method involves generation of current direction display from positional data of the position of the detector-transmitter. The reception direction (102), which is determined last, is stored in intermediate storage. Method involves periodic updating of the direction display on the basis of current positional data and the stored reception direction. An independent claim is also included for the detector-transmitter.
