Abstract (en)
The sawing machine (1) has a number of rotating circular saw blades (2),for cutting wood workpieces (3) e.g. boards and the like, has an adjustment to set the saw blades in relation to each other. The machine has at least two slides (7) over each other, which can be set against each other across the forward movement direction, each with at least one hollow rotating drive shaft (8) for at least one saw blade and a coaxial inner shaft (9) for at least one parallel second saw blade. The lateral setting of the slides sets the gaps between the saw blades. The workpieces are carried through by chain conveyors (4) under rollers (5) to hold them down.
