Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1785528A1] The device has a base (2) receiving a road traffic sign and including a support part (3) placed on a concrete barrier. Lateral mobile arms (25) pivot on the base between a locking position and a remote position ensuring withdrawal of the device from the barrier, where each arm has an upper end connected to an end of a spring (31). A handle (32) is placed in a locking position, for locking the arm in its forward position, or in a raised position in which the arm occupies the remote position.
