[origin: EP1787723A1] The cartridge has a barrel overcoat, and a sedimentation chamber (7) that is formed by a decanter plate with an outlet opening and/or outlet cavity for discharging a fluid phase. The chamber is subdivided into two positioning chambers, where the cartridge is detachably installed in a centrifugal barrel (21) of a centrifuge (2) and is made of low-grade materials. The sedimentation chamber is formed in the form of comb structure. A spiral (80) is provided for the formation of the sedimentation chamber and/or the positioning chambers.
