The opening extends over an entire width of the pulley and is narrowed by edges in a longitudinal direction, where the edges maintain a small distance to a shell surface of the pulley and/or the surface of the web. The housing has an air supply channel (7) and an air discharging channel (8) that are arranged opposite to each other in the direction, and an air flow is guided through the channels in the direction.
