Abstract (en)
A manual slicer of the flywheel type, in which all the mechanical organs are integrated inside the base (10), also with particularly limited encumbrances in height and width; thanks to a particular configuration of the trolley (18), the transmission system, comprising a chain (21) which entrains the salami-holder trolley (17), interposed between two sliding axes (19, 27), allows the maximum reduction of the encumbrances in width and also guarantees an excellent smoothness of the entrainment system. The chain (21) suitable for entraining the trolley (18) is situated in a vertical position and is moved, together with the circular blade (14) of the slicer, by a single conical torque (24, 25) opposite the working position of the operator.
